About Us
To answer a number
of questions we have had about our name: Dubris was the Roman name
for Dover which is where we are based.
There is no escaping the fact the Internet is playing an ever larger
role in our everyday lives. In both public and private the importance
of a web presence cannot be underestimated. Here at Dubris Design
we specialise in sites for personal use, community groups, local
charities, schools, and small businesses.
With our emloyment background of over 30 years in information management
we are well placed to advise you on the planning and organisation
of your website prior to design. In this employment we have been
involved in the content creation and design of websites for both
the public sector and local communities.
We try to avoid jargon as we can remember the days when we were
baffled by computer-speak! We will use plain English to you, explaining
any specialist terms we have to use.
