The Southern
Breakwater from the Seafront, Saturday 11th January 2003.
If you look closely you can just see the outline of the coast
of France peeping over the top of the centre (lower) section
of the breakwater.
January
2003 brought with it bitterly cold weather and a little
snow. It also brought some bright clear weather and we were
rewarded for the cold with some beautiful lighting effects
of the low winter sun on clouds and sea.
